Ground before form.
Every project begins as a grid — a survey of light, load and circulation. The plot is read before a single volume is placed. Nothing rises that the ground did not ask for.
Volumes find their height.
Programme becomes mass. Floors stack according to use, sightline and setback — resolved in axonometric so scale never lies. What you see is measured, not implied.
Material as argument.
Bone concrete, oxidised steel, blue-hour glass. The envelope is where a building states its intent — we test every skin against the same fixed thirty-degree light.
One block, then the city.
A building is never singular. We model the neighbours, the shadow it throws at four o'clock, the street it narrows. Context is the client nobody pays for.
